Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care assisting with activities of daily living and maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients. As a PRN position you will work on an as-needed basis with various shifts available.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Assist patients with daily activities including bathing dressing grooming and feeding.
Monitoring Vital Signs: Take and record patients temperature pulse blood pressure and other vital signs as directed by the nursing staff.
Assist in Mobility: Help patients with walking positioning and transferring from beds to wheelchairs etc.
Observation & Reporting: Report changes in patients condition to the nursing staff or healthcare providers.
Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure patient rooms and common areas are clean and orderly.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records as per facility standards.
Support Nurses: Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and treatments as necessary.

Qualifications:

Current CNA certification in the state of Georgia
Previous experience in a healthcare setting
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with patients and team members
Ability to lift and transfer patients (assistance available when needed)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergencies calmly
Must be able to work flexible hours (day evenings and nights)
