Job Type: Permanent
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced MRI Tech to join our team at our facility in Irving TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing MRI exams to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The role involves working with advanced MRI equipment and ensuring patient safety and comfort during procedures. The MRI Tech will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostic MRI imaging procedures as per established protocols.
Position patients appropriately and explain MRI procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
Monitor patient condition and vital signs during procedures.
Operate MRI equipment ensuring high-quality images are produced.
Collaborate with the radiology team to review images and assist in diagnosis.
Ensure that all MRI procedures comply with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to the imaging process.
Assist with the maintenance of MRI equipment and report any malfunctions.

Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.

Experience:

Less than 1 year of experience.

Certifications/License/Registration:

American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR) or Radiography (ARRT-R) or
American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT).
Must maintain current certifications as required.
