Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate high-quality care to patients in their homes throughout the Bad Axe area. The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to manage patient care ensure comfort and meet documentation and care delivery standards.
Responsibilities include developing and implementing patient care plans performing nursing assessments managing symptoms administering medications and maintaining accurate and timely charting. The nurse will work closely with patients families and the care team to ensure comfort and dignity throughout the hospice journey.
Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

Minimum of two years of hospice experience

Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (TruChart or similar preferred)

Current BLS and CPR certification

Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Schedule: Day shift Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Includes one to two weekend days (Saturday or Sunday) per month from 8 AM to 5 PM and two holidays per year.
