Our client is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide compassionate and professional care to patients in their homes throughout the Carlisle area. The nurse will play a key role in supporting patients and families through the hospice journey delivering personalized care focused on comfort dignity and quality of life.
Responsibilities include conducting nursing assessments developing and implementing individualized care plans managing symptoms administering medications and coordinating with the interdisciplinary hospice team. The nurse will ensure accurate documentation and provide education and emotional support to patients and families.
Required qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Pennsylvania

Associate degree or higher in Nursing

At least one year of professional RN experience (Hospice experience preferred)

Current BLS and CPR certification (training available if not current)

Valid drivers license reliable transportation and auto insurance
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM with one on-call weekend every 5 to 7 weeks (Friday 5 PM to 8 AM Saturday and Sunday 8 PM to 8 AM). Flexible scheduling no extended shifts and minimal weekend coverage.
