The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support for various HR functions ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities: HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files Process employee data including new hires terminations and benefits changes Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration including enrollment changes and terminations Communicate benefits information to employees and provide support with benefits-related inquiries Communication and Training: Communicate HR policies procedures and updates to employees and management Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies procedures and benefits Investigate and resolve employee complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention Recruitment and Hiring: Assist with the recruitment process including job postings interviews and candidate selection Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations | |
