Job Summary
Job Summary (SAP Signavio Consultant):
- Lead end-to-end deployment of SAP Signavio solutions (Process Manager Process Intelligence Process Governance etc.) within Daimler Truck.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes.
- Drive user adoption and conduct training sessions for SAP Signavio tools.
- Configure and deploy various Signavio modules including Process Manager and Process Mining.
- Establish and maintain a Signavio Center of Excellence (CoE) to support sustainable adoption and governance.
- Integrate Signavio with other enterprise systems (SAP ECC BI data lakes etc.) via APIs/connectors.
- Analyze process-related data run process mining use cases and provide actionable insights.
- Define and monitor KPIs dashboards and ROI for process improvement and value realization.
- Lead change management ensuring user training communication and adoption of process changes.
- Support ongoing process optimization through feedback reviews and improvement cycles.
- Align process transformation initiatives with strategic business goals (cost quality innovation sustainability).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to senior leadership.
- Ensure good practices in process governance data management and process modelling.
- (Preferred) Hold certifications in SAP Signavio or process mining and have experience in global rollouts and operational excellence methodologies (Lean Six Sigma).
Key Performance Metrics:
- Number of processes modelled (as-is & to-be)
- Percentage of process improvement/efficiency gains
- Adoption rate of Signavio across units/sites
- Timeliness and accuracy of process insights
- User satisfaction and change management effectiveness
- ROI/value delivered from process transformation initiatives
