MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Looking for a skilled Toolmaker who is able to build and repair complex molds. This person should have experience in the Moldmaking Industry. Job requirements and responsibilities are as follows:

Disassemble debug repair and reassemble plastic injection molds using industrys best practices. Requires thorough knowledge of plastic injection molding mold components and mechanisms and strong mechanical inclination
Operate tool room machinery including manual surface grinders and Bridgeport milling machines
Use all inspection equipment including dial indicators micrometers depth gauges gauge blocks calipers and shadowgraphs
Must be able to read blueprints engineering drawings work orders etc.
Work to .0002 tolerance and understand tolerance stacking
Knowledge of CNC Milling and EDM is a plus
