Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound I for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

  • Answerphone and generate helpdesk tickets check our email ticket system to assign to correct unit.
  • Answer phone and generate helpdesk tickets using HEAT system.
  • Assign tickets to the correct unit.
  • Training in the use of the HEAT system will be provided.

Skills required:

  • Basic PC skills
  • Typing
  • Phone and typing skills

Woking hours:

  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Lunch Period: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (unpaid).
