Job Summary

We are hiring a Customer Service Inbound I for one of our clients in Trenton NJ.

Job Description:

Answerphone and generate helpdesk tickets check our email ticket system to assign to correct unit.
Answer phone and generate helpdesk tickets using HEAT system.
Assign tickets to the correct unit.
Training in the use of the HEAT system will be provided.

Skills required:

Basic PC skills
Typing
Phone and typing skills

Woking hours:

8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Lunch Period: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM (unpaid).
