Job Summary

Java API Security Engineer

Location: Malvern PA

We had the following qualifications on the req.

API Security using OAUTH 2.0/OKTA

Developing microservices with Java/Spring Boot

Spring Security Spring Data Spring MVC

Angular/TypeScript/Node

Experience with Test Automation frameworks like Cucumber Selenium

AWS experience with ECS RDS lambdas S3 IAM

Experience with monitoring tools like Splunk and HoneyComb

The ones in bold are the key skillsets that we are looking for. The one in particular that we are having trouble finding is experience with API Security. Most of the candidates we have interviewed so far have done pretty well on the other topics but struggle when it comes to the OAUTH/OKTA type of questions. My project specifically deals with API security modernization.
