Pay Rate : CAD 65 (Inclusive of all)

Work model : Hybrid (2 days to office till Q1 2026 subject to change)

Key responsibilities

  • Patch and vulnerability management:

Plan test and deploy patches updates and security fixes across all Windows servers and desktops.

  • Compliance and security:

Ensure all systems meet security policies and industry standards often including implementing configurations like Qualys.

  • Tool and process management:

Develop maintain and upgrade management tools such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or Intune for patch and software deployment.

  • Troubleshooting:

Investigate and resolve issues related to patching failures application conflicts and system performance.

  • Reporting and analysis:

Generate reports on patch compliance vulnerability remediation and system health. Use data to drive strategy and demonstrate compliance status.

  • Automation:

Use scripting languages like PowerShell to automate deployment rules reporting and other routine tasks.

  • Cross-functional collaboration:

Work with security infrastructure and other IT teams to schedule and implement patching with minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Documentation and training:

Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide technical guidance to other team members.

  • Stay current:
