Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to oversee and manage various IT projects for a state department. The role involves collaborating with vendors business leads and IT teams to ensure effective project execution and service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate projects of varying complexity and risk.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software vendors and business analysts.
Develop and maintain project management tools and documentation.
Monitor project performance reporting on status and emerging risks.
Facilitate project kickoff meetings and lead status updates.

Technical Skills Required:

PMP Certification from PMI or equivalent.
7 years of IT project management experience.
Proficiency in MS Project MS Visio SharePoint 2013 and MS O365.
Experience in vendor-managed projects.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
