Duties & Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Construction Compliance within an Estate Environment
Degree or Diploma in Building Construction Management Architectural Technology or related field is essential
Proficient in MS Office Project Management Software Compliance Tracking Software
Strong knowledge of OHS Act Municipal By-laws Building Regulations and Estate Architectural Guidelines
Experience liaising with Home Owners Local Authorities Municipal Services
Must be able to read and interpret building plans
Strong Attention to Detail Strong Problem-Solving & Decision-Making skills Independent & Proactive
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Own Transport required

Salary Structure:

Annual CTC of R 540 000 based on experience
Includes Provident Fund
18 Leave Days
