Strategic Sales Consultant Interior & Spatial Design Solutions

Are you passionate about design thrive on building strong industry relationships and have a flair for uncovering business opportunities in commercial and retail environments

Were on the hunt for a high-performing Sales Consultant or Business Development Manager to join our growing team. If youve successfully sold design-led interior or fit-out solutions and you speak the language of architects interior designers and brand visionaries we want to hear from you.

This role is not just sales its strategic consultative and creatively driven.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Champion Relationships
    Cultivate and manage deep connections with architectural firms interior design studios and retail brand teams.
  • Consultative Selling
    Understand your clients brand spatial needs and design intent and offer bespoke solutions that elevate their environments.
  • Drive Growth
    Unearth new business within the workplace office and retail sectors expanding our portfolio with purpose-driven partnerships.
  • Collaborate Creatively
    Work alongside our in-house designers and production teams to shape environments that inspire and perform.
  • Manage Projects End-to-End
    From the first brief to final fit-out guide the client journey with professionalism clarity and commercial savvy.
  • Be Seen in the Right Circles
    Represent our brand at leading industry events exhibitions and networking opportunities.

What Youll Bring:

  • 3-5 years of experience in selling interior solutions workspace fit-outs shopfitting or similar commercial design products.
  • A track record of success selling to architects designers brand managers and corporate decision-makers.
  • The ability to interpret design briefs floor plans and layouts with insight and confidence.
  • A working knowledge of project timelines build/fitment processes and the commercial interiors landscape.
  • Top-tier communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive self-led mindset and comfort with longer consultative sales cycles.
