Quality Assurance Engineer - Bellville Cape Town - R50000 R65000/month

A dynamic opportunity exists for a QA Engineer to join a leading manufacturing and engineering team ensuring the highest product performance and process integrity across all operations. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong technical and analytical background who thrives in a precision-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct failure mode and effects analyses (FMEA) and technical testing to identify product risks and improvement areas.
Perform root cause analyses on product non-conformances and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
Oversee supplier quality management and ensure compliance through audits and inspections.
Collaborate with engineering production and QA teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Interpret and report on product performance data warranty claims and optimization findings.
Drive continuous improvement in product design testing and process control.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Matric with Mathematics
Tertiary Education: BEng and/or Industrial Engineering
Experience: 1020 years in a relevant engineering role
Language Proficiency: English and Afrikaans
Reporting Line: Technical Director
Start Date: 1 February 2026
