Job Summary

To strategically lead the optimisation of service delivery processes within Group Risk and Corporate Affairs (RCA). This involves identifying opportunities driving data-driven solutions and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The role also encompasses providing guidance to ensure alignment with business goals and enabling strategic decision-making across all business units corporate functions and the Africa Regions countries in which the organisation operates.

Experience Required
Risk Business and Technology Services
Risk & Corporate Affairs
5-7 years
Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis process improvement or a related analytical role. Experience with identifying automation opportunities and participating in the implementation of automation solutions. Familiarity with statistical analysis and data visualisation techniques. Experience in the financial services industry is a plus. Experience working on cross-functional teams.

8-10 years
Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis process optimisation or a related field. Proven experience in identifying designing and implementing automation solutions that have yielded measurable improvements. Demonstrated experience in using statistical modelling machine learning techniques and data visualisation tools to drive business insights. Solid experience in financial services or a related highly regulated industry is preferred. Experience with project management methodologies
