Purpose: To support Business & Technology Integration initiatives with a focus on mining operations requiring a mid-level Business Analyst with strong technical analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.

Minimum Requirements

BSc./BEng./BTech in a STEM discipline (or equivalent experience)
More than 5 years experience
Proven experience in the mining industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)

Key Responsibilities

Align business processes with technology solutions across mining operations
Analyse document and translate business requirements into actionable insights
Develop and present reports to support operational and strategic decisions
Apply mining recovery processes and production accounting standards
Support agile decision-making through Short Interval Control methodologies
Engage across the full mining value chain from pit to port

Core Competencies

Comprehensive knowledge of mining value chain processes.
Proficiency in mining recovery reconciliation and production accounting.
Experience with mineral beneficiation.
Strong competency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams
Critical and conceptual thinking to solve complex challenges
Effective planning organisation and time management
Proven leadership in managing successful projects and cross-functional teams
Self-driven and able to work independently in dynamic environments
