Were currently expanding our field operations team and are looking for a skilled Field Service Automation Engineer to support install and maintain our automation systems at customer sites.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Install commission and troubleshoot automation and control systems (PLC SCADA HMI etc.) at client sites
Provide on-site technical support and training to clients
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation equipment
Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and modifications
Document service visits prepare reports and maintain service records
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols during fieldwork
Travel to customer locations sometimes at short notice

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Automation or a related field
Proven experience with automation systems (e.g. Siemens Allen-Bradley and Schneider Electric)
Hands-on experience in programming and troubleshooting PLCs HMIs and SCADA systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in the field
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid drivers license and willingness to travel frequently
