We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic social media marketing Fresher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing content creation and social media trends. You will assist in developing implementing and monitoring social media strategies to increase our online presence and support our marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating scheduling and publishing engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Twitter YouTube TikTok etc.).
Monitor social media channels respond to comments/messages and engage with the online community.
Support in planning and executing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
Conduct research on industry trends competitor activities and new social media tools.
Assist in creating graphics short videos and other multimedia content for campaigns.
Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite Google Analytics).
Collaborate with the marketing team on influencer outreach and partnerships.
Brainstorm fresh ideas to improve content strategies and increase follower growth.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in marketing communications digital media or a related field.
Strong passion for social media content creation and digital marketing.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management tools.
Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills.
Familiarity with Canva Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
