Job Summary

  • Implement and support SAP systems for finance processes across the Regional RSE.

  • Provide post–SAP implementation support to ensure smooth operations and maximize benefits realization.

  • Design and architect the use of IS applications that enable finance-related business processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Manage and prioritize work requests related to customer-facing business process areas to ensure timely and effective delivery.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of all finance processes and provide in-depth SAP expertise to support business operations.

  • Assist help desk teams and coaches in resolving system-related issues and process concerns.

  • Act as an internal consultant to the business promoting continuous process improvement and optimal utilization of IS investments.

  • Support change management initiatives through business coach training and effective communication strategies.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement business process strategies and programs staying informed of changes that may affect systems design.

  • Contribute to improved margins and ROCE by driving continuous process enhancement and operational efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary interface between the IS team and the business for finance-related process areas.

  • Partner with the business to design refine and improve processes that align with organizational goals and drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP projects.

  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with employees at all organizational levels both locally and globally.

  • In-depth knowledge of business processes and application functionalities enabling the resolution of complex issues and driving continuous improvement.

  • Solid understanding of Information Technology with a strong appreciation for its strategic business applications.

  • Demonstrated expertise in leveraging Information Systems (IS) to create competitive advantage and enhance business processes.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

  • Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.

  • Capable of operating effectively within a regional and multicultural environment.

  • Quick to understand and apply new business and IS concepts with agility and insight.
