We are looking for a designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity strategy and commercial impact. This role is as much about making things look clear compelling and polished from decks one-pagers toolkits and campaign assets to using design as a vehicle to influence behaviours activate best practice and shape a culture of growth.
The Creative Lead is an individual contributor role. There are no direct reports but you will have broad influence: hands-on design work sits alongside shaping the creative direction of campaigns and communications that support our commercial priorities. You will move seamlessly between executing high-quality design outputs and generating ideas that help the business adopt new ways of working.

What will I be doing
Scope of the Role
- Designing and delivering decks toolkits one-pagers playbooks and campaign assets.
- Storyboarding and advising on creative formats for initiatives.
- Generating ideas to overcome adoption challenges and influence culture.
- Acting as custodian of creative quality across the Client First team.
- Helping shape how the business talks about growth pricing client impact and sales culture through design.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Execution
- Create visually compelling deliverables from PowerPoint decks and one-pagers to campaign toolkits videos and animations. You should be highly skilled in PPT and genuinely enjoy using it as a creative medium turning slides into clear engaging stories.
- Ensure all communications are polished visually consistent and aligned with the teams strategic objectives.
- Bring visual clarity consistency and creativity to day-to-day outputs while elevating the overall design standard of the team.
Creative Strategy & Storytelling
- Help shape campaigns and communication initiatives that support our commercial priorities (growth discipline client impact pricing sales culture).
- Translate complex commercial frameworks and best practice into engaging stories and visual narratives.
- Generate creative ideas for how to influence behaviours and shift mindsets across the organisation.
Collaboration & Influence
- Partner with team members and stakeholders across the business to identify adoption challenges and design creative solutions.
- Support leaders in coaching best practice by providing materials that are both visually compelling and strategically effective.
- Act as a thought partner to the Client First team members providing a creative lens on key initiatives.
Behaviour Change & Culture Building
- Use design and creative thinking to reinforce a sales culture where everyone plays a role.
- Help develop interventions that make commercial behaviours stick. o Ensure initiatives are benefit-led client-focused and aligned to business priorities.
What do I need to bring with me
Were looking for someone who brings:
- Strong design and creative skills with a portfolio showing both conceptual thinking and high-quality execution.
- Experience shaping campaigns or initiatives that drive behaviour change ideally in a commercial or organisational context.
- Ability to simplify complexity and tell stories that resonate visually and conceptually.
- Comfort moving between hands-on design delivery and big-picture creative strategy.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills; confident to influence senior colleagues.
- A commercial and strategic mindset: understanding how growth happens and how design can help bring it to life.
Design Skills & Tools
Were looking for someone who combines design craft with the ability to tell clear compelling stories across multiple formats.
Essential:
- PowerPoint expert level and someone who genuinely enjoys using PPT as a creative medium.
- Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop and InDesign for layouts infographics illustrations and campaign collateral.
- Video & Motion ability to produce short-form videos animations or motion graphics (e.g. After Effects Premiere Pro or similar).
- Digital platforms ability to design and structure content for intranet or SharePoint sites.
- Interactive/engagement assets e.g. GIFs clickable PDFs lightweight digital formats. Photography/photo editing ability to source adapt and retouch imagery.
- Strong eye for typography layout and brand consistency.

- Campaigns and materials support adoption and behaviour change across the business.
- The Creative Lead is seen as a go-to person for both design quality and creative strategic thinking.
