What Youll Be Doing

• Lead & Motivate Support the Restaurant Manager to inspire coach and empower a high-performing team.
• Operational Excellence Ensure smooth and efficient shift operations across all areas of the restaurant.
• Guest Experience Deliver consistently high standards creating memorable experiences for every guest.
• Performance Focused Achieve operational and financial targets while fostering team success.
