Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our team in Alice Springs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and overseeing our warehouse operations and logistics to ensure optimal efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all warehousing activities including inventory control storage shipping and receiving.
Develop and implement logistics plans including routing transportation and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with suppliers carriers and other stakeholders to optimize the supply chain process.
Analyse and report on performance metrics identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Create a positive work environmentensuring team members complete work tasks and ensuring compliance.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehousing and logistics management.
Strong knowledge of warehouse software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Current forklift license or ability to obtain one.
