Joining Zeus at this early stage means working directly with all three founders to shape the operational backbone of the company and accelerate our growth.Your role
We are looking for aFounders Associate Internwho wants to gain hands-on experience in building a company from this role youll work closely withthe three founderson a wide variety of strategic and operational initiatives.
You will:
Support the founders in day-to-day operations strategic projects and fundraising preparation
Help design and improve internal processes tools and reporting structures
Conduct research and analysis to support market expansion and go-to-market strategies
Explore and implement workflow automation tools to make the company more efficient
Coordinate cross-functional projects that drive company growth
Take ownership of small projects from idea to implementation
Collaborate with external partners investors and the Merantix ecosystem
Your profile
Currently enrolled in a top-tier university program (Business Engineering Economics or similar)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with both numbers and strategic thinking
Highly organized proactive and eager to learn
Entrepreneurial mindset you take ownership move fast and find creative solutions
Previous experience in startups consulting VC or similar fast-paced environments is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
