Job Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:

Utilizes Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics to perform duties and responsibilities.
Generates invoicing statements and reports.
Researches cash receipts coding and posting of receipts.
Researches and applies unallocated cash.
Operates office equipment including personal computer copiers fax machines and 10-key calculator.
Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records.
Assists in financial analysis as requested.
Organizes and maintains retention files for required period of time.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required college level accounting classes preferred.
2-3 years hands-on billing/collections experience preferred.
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
Good mathematical background.
Ability to multi-task prioritize and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment.
Ability to use 10-key calculator for a variety of accounting functions.
Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires sitting standing and occasional light lifting.
