Personal Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a well-established and expanding brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive A-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts including quoting new and renewal business. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $45000 - $55000 annually

Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing).
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Handle quoting for both new and renewal business.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records using Epic software.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry specifically in personal lines.
- Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing client accounts.
