Ability to analyze digital campaigns track ROI and provide actionable insights.
Project management skills for planning and executing digital campaigns and website updates.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality digital content.
Self-motivated highly enthusiastic and able to adapt to industry trends and emerging digital technologies.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous experience in a luxury hotel in Bangkok
Proven experience managing social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and LINE) ideally in luxury hospitality or premium brands.
Strong creativity with an eye for luxury aesthetics photography and videography.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging brand-aligned content.
Proficiency in social media management tools analytics and LINE Official Account Manager.

POSITION STATEMENT:
A Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager drives the digital presence of Waldorf Astoria Bangkok by transforming strategy into impactful campaigns that elevate visibility performance and revenue. Oversees digital marketing and social media ensuring every initiative reflects the hotels standards.


CORE COMPETENCIES / ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager leads the hotels digital vision enhancing visibility performance and revenue across every online channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications the role takes full ownership of digital performance - executing strategy optimizing campaigns and ensuring every initiative reflects the brands Forbes Five-Star positioning. The Digital Marketing and Social Media Manager shapes commercial outcomes through data-driven strategies bold performance marketing and compelling content. Manage the planning content and images on the hotels social media.

OTA & Distribution Management
Oversee content and performance across Expedia TripAdvisor Agoda Sabre Hilton Elevate meta-search channels and associated apps.
Ensure all listings reflect accurate information updated imagery and consistent luxury brand representation.
Support the Commercial team in monitoring promotions and rate strategies to maximize visibility and bookings.
Monitor online reviews guest feedback and answering guest comments from Trip-Advisor Google OTAs other e-commerce channels and social media channels.

Website & Content Management
Maintain and update the hotel website apps and digital platforms including Content Gateway ICE Portal Markit SevenRooms Simplify digital screens and all online channel.
Ensure all content photography and offers meet brand standards and are updated regularly.
Support digital storytelling through imagery copy and layouts that align with luxury positioning.

SEO & Search Performance
Implement on-page and technical SEO practices to strengthen website visibility and improve search rankings.
Use Google Search Console and other tools to monitor keyword performance and optimize user pathways.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to integrate SEO best practices into campaigns and website content.

Analytics & Reporting
Track digital performance using Google Analytics Search Console and internal dashboards.
Prepare reports on ROI website performance OTA traffic and digital campaign results.

Paid Media & Advertising
Execute paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Google Ads and programmatic platforms.
Monitor budget spend targeting accuracy and campaign effectiveness to maximize ROI.
Support creative development for digital ads to ensure alignment with luxury branding.

Market Insights
Monitor competitor activity across OTAs websites and paid media.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends within the luxury hospitality sector.
Provide recommendations to improve the hotels online presence and guest engagement.

Social Media
Manage content planning creation and scheduling across all social media platforms (Instagram Facebook TikTok LinkedIn and LINE Official Account.).
Curate visually compelling imagery and videos that reflect the luxury brand standards.
Write engaging captions and storytelling posts to highlight hotel experiences promotions F&B offerings and guest moments.
Monitor community engagement by responding to comments messages and guest feedback in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
Track performance analytics and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with Marketing PR F&B Spa and Events teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends luxury hospitality benchmarks and competitor activities.
