Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor

Guildford Monday Friday 8am 6pm (45 hours per week)
Basic Salary: 28829 OTE: 34000

Were currently looking for a Motorcycle Aftersales Advisor to join a well-established Parts & Service team at a premium motorcycle dealership in Guildford.

What Youll Be Doing

Handle parts enquiries from retail customers and workshop technicians ensuring accurate and timely support
Process orders check availability and maintain stock accuracy
Offer advice on parts accessories lead times and pricing to support upselling opportunities
Keep customers informed throughout the parts and service process
Act as the primary point of contact for service customers ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Finalise service documentation and explain charges clearly at collection
Proactively resolve issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Confident professional communicator in person by phone and via email
Mechanical and electrical understanding of motorcycles with a genuine passion for bikes
Previous experience in a customer-facing or parts-related role preferred
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks and stay calm under pressure
