About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead motivate and mentor the veterinary team toward clinical excellence

Partner in strategic planning and practice growth initiatives

Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
Active California veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills
Surgical proficiency preferred
