Job Summary:

The Analyst Supplier Management plays a key role in ensuring the operational integrity and efficiency of Acrisures supplier onboarding and management processes. This role monitors the day-to-day activities of Supplier Management Team Associates and workflow progress ensuring adherence to documented procedures and compliance controls and providing coaching and guidance to team members. The Analyst supports supplier data accuracy banking verification and regulatory compliance while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and automation within the supplier setup workflow. Additionally this role serves as a liaison between associates internal stakeholders and the Vendor Payables teams to ensure timely and accurate supplier onboarding and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track daily workload progress for Supplier Management Team Associates to support timely and accurate supplier setups and updates in Workday.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for associate inquiries; provide coaching policy interpretation and workflow guidance.
  • Ensure team compliance with internal procedures QRGs and documented SOPs related to supplier onboarding banking verification TIN matching and remit-to connections.
  • Review supplier records for completeness prior to approval ensuring required documentation (e.g. W-9 ACH forms invoices) is attached and validated.
  • Partner with Vendor Payable teams to manage workload prioritization and resolve escalated issues.
  • Monitor the accuracy and timeliness of international and domestic supplier setups including tax banking and remittance details.
  • Ensure Workday supplier data is maintained according to governance standards.
  • Collaborate with IT Treasury and Vendor Payables to drive automation and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to team training onboarding and reinforcement of procedural updates.
  • Maintain performance dashboards and contribute to reporting on key operational metrics

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational problem-solving and prioritization skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret policy manage operational risk and enforce procedural compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of supporting change management.
  • Proficiency in navigating supplier tax documentation (e.g. W-9 W-8) TIN matching and banking verification processes.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years prior experience in accounts payable is preferred.
  • Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes and payment strategies is a plus.
  • Experience with supplier onboarding vendor maintenance and Workday Financials.

Candidates should be comfortable with an on-site presence to support collaboration team leadership and cross-functional partnership.
