For their growing and recently independent subsidiary based in Eastern Europe we are currently hiring a

Managing Director (m/f/d) Romania

About the position:

Driving the development of the Romanian subsidiary in line with the global corporate strategy and further expanding the companys presence in a highly dynamic and competitive market.
Taking full responsibility for P&L budgeting forecasting and operational excellence with a clear focus on sustainable and long-term business success.
Ensuring the growth of the business through a strong focus on profitable sales expansion across all relevant channels including B2B B2C direct and dealer distribution.
Acting as a role model for a strong corporate culture across all hierarchies and leading an experienced team from sales and service logistics and customer service. Furthermore establishing a performance culture as well as developing future leadership and succession planning within the organization.
Building up a strong communication channel to every level of the organization and being a central figure in promoting the organizations culture and its shared values.

Job requirements

Your Qualification:

A relevant university degree and a proven track record of success in senior level commercial or direct sales management for an international brand.
An operational and strategic exposure with focus in B2B business hereby having a strong and successful direct sales approach.
Extensive experience in handling direct customers / key accounts and a dealer network (both online and offline) in combination with a highly customer-centric approach.
An inspiring leadership style with a focus on professional development and coaching
Fluency in Romanian language and English.
A hands-on personality people oriented management style entrepreneurial skills a self-starting attitude and the strong desire to add value to the organization.
