This is a field-based position which requires extensive travel to provider locations throughout the region.
The responsibilities of this role include:
- Contributing to the State of Marylands pursuit of CQL accreditation
- Onsite meetings with residential and day service providers
- Conducting Basic Assurance reviews with providers
- Conducting interviews related to Personal Outcome Measures (POMS)
- Providing feedback and technical assistance to providers
- Data entry and writing summary reports
- Participating in various quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with stakeholders at the Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Office
You can expect a starting salary of $55000 with an increase to $65000 upon successfully completing all required training and obtaining your Basic Assurances certification with CQL.
You will receive comprehensive training by CQL on Personal Outcome Measures (POMS) and Basic Assurances.
