In partnership with Marylands Developmental Disabilities Administration Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide program which endeavors to develop continuous quality improvement processes that enhance person-centered service delivery and support to people who are living with developmental disabilities so they may live their best lives.

To support this initiative Liberty is now hiring for a full time Senior Quality Reviewer position.

This is a field-based position which requires extensive travel to provider locations throughout the region.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contributing to the State of Marylands pursuit of CQL accreditation
  • Onsite meetings with residential and day service providers
  • Conducting Basic Assurance reviews with providers
  • Conducting interviews related to Personal Outcome Measures (POMS)
  • Providing feedback and technical assistance to providers
  • Data entry and writing summary reports
  • Participating in various quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders at the Developmental Disabilities Administration Regional Office

You can expect a starting salary of $55000 with an increase to $65000 upon successfully completing all required training and obtaining your Basic Assurances certification with CQL.

You will receive comprehensive training by CQL on Personal Outcome Measures (POMS) and Basic Assurances.
