MEC is looking for an experienced Front Office Receptionist for their Melbourne location. This position is perfect for someone that lives in the area is computer literate (proficient with Microsoft Office 365) has the ability to juggle many things at once and is looking for job stability. This is a full time position (Monday to Friday) which requires no overtime.
- Answer multiple in-coming phone calls simultaneously and efficiently route calls.
- Create a positive first impression to clients visiting our office. Greet and extend a warm welcome to walk-in guests.
- Execute clerical and general offices duties such as setting up filing systems data entry ordering office supplies and other administrative tasks for special projects as requested.
- Assist with subcontractor paperwork as needed.
- Process and track subcontracts change orders purchase orders and correspondence.
- Assist with plan tables as needed.
- Provide administrative support to office staff.
- Make travel arrangements for company associates.
- Maintain the company break/conference room keeping it neat and stocked.
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Coordinate with Fleet Mgr. to ensure the completion of all vehicle maintenance and cleaning.
- Availability to complete any team printing needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
