Job Summary

The Revenue Reconciliation Specialist supports Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines revenue reconciliation operations by managing tactical workflows such as Salesforce queue monitoring manual credit and rebill processing and routine reporting. This role also involves investigating and resolving customer deductions and claims maintaining account accuracy and collaborating with internal teams and external customers. The associate will gain foundational knowledge of customer business practices internal policies and compliance requirements while contributing to day-to-day operations. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals seeking to build skills in finance supply chain or customer service operations within a highly collaborative and regulated environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage Salesforce queues for incoming customer claims and inquiries.

  • Process manual credit and rebill transactions in SAP.

  • Develop competency in all Microsoft applications i.e. (Excel Power Point Word) as well as business applications such as SAP and others.

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts ensuring timely resolution of deductions and disputes.

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries related to account activity and documentation.

  • Support audit readiness by gathering data and assisting with internal/external audit requests.

  • Follow documented processes and procedures ensure that all compliance standards and approvals are met.

  • Run weekly and monthly reports to track deduction trends open credits aged items and other key metrics.

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines including FDA DEA SOX and other applicable standards.

  • Learn and apply new technologies and tools to support root cause analysis and problem resolution.

  • Participate in team meetings training sessions and performance management activities.

  • Complete assigned compliance training and contribute to a culture of operational excellence.

  • Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team to build functional expertise.

  • Complete other related revenue management activities as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree (Finance Business or Supply Chain preferred)

  • 0-2 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

  • Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas) Word and PowerPoint

  • Excellent organizational time management and follow-up skills

  • Strong attention to detail skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP

  • Familiarity with deduction management or accounts receivable

  • Exposure to compliance environments (SOX GMP)

  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59000 to $85000 annually.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

The Company maintains highly competitive performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporations performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Companys discretion on an individual basis.
