Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist - $50K Sign-on Bonus! - Orlando FL

We are seeking a skilled Oculoplastic Ophthalmologist to join our large surgically focused Ophthalmology group in Orlando Florida! Our established practices operate with a true private practice feel where you will join a collegial team focused on excellent patient care! We have updated state-of-the-art technology and a large support staff to make sure you have everything you need to deliver the best patient care in the area!

Practice Details:

Strong surgical volume:procedures annually
Updated technology and robust support (dedicated tech with scribe support during ramp-up)
Support of ODs!
Mentorship opportunities within a collaborative growth-oriented group for new grads!
Low turnover rate (4%)
See an Average 3040 patients/day
MDs supported with at least 1 tech and scribe as volume builds
Call shared equally among MDs and ODs
Collegial group with strong collaboration!

Compensation & Benefits

$50000 Sign-on Bonus available
Relocation assistance available
Partnership eligibility within 12 months for experienced MDs (up to $400K buy-in)
Salary based on experience with two models:
Base production (30% past 3x base in collections)
Straight % of net collections (with 1-year base guarantee)
401k with 4% match (after 12 months)

Schedule
