Job Summary
- Design develop and implement scalable applications using Java 8 or higher Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Develop and integrate RESTful and SOAP web services for enterprise-grade applications.
- Work with Azure DevOps for deployment repository management and code review.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins Maven Git and Docker.
- Ensure high-quality software delivery by performing unit testing code reviews and system integration testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies contributing to sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications from design and development to postgo-live maintenance and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts testers and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure adherence to best coding and design practices.
- 10 years of professional experience in software development preferably within banking or financial services domains.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8 or higher Spring Boot Microservices and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps including deployment repository management and code reviews.
- Proven experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Maven and Git.
- Solid understanding of Docker concepts and containerized application development.
- Experience using Eclipse or IntelliJ IDE for development.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced iterative environment.
- Excellent analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Work independently and collaboratively within large distributed teams.
- Handle multiple priorities and manage project timelines effectively.
