Job Title: Field Sales Executives Animal Feeds

Role Summary:
Our client a leading company in the Animal Feeds industry is seeking to recruit Field Sales Executives to drive sales growth and maintain strong relationships with millers across Kenya. The role involves 70% fieldwork and 30% office-based activities requiring a dynamic and self-driven professional passionate about sales and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify engage and acquire new clients within the animal feeds and milling industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs monitor competitor activities and gather market intelligence.
Promote and sell animal feed products to millers while meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Prepare and present sales reports forecasts and performance updates to management.
Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Participate in trade shows exhibitions and product demonstrations to promote the brand.
Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer trends.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing Business Administration Animal Science or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in selling Animal Feeds to millers.
Candidates with experience in the FMCG industry selling Maize Soya or Oil will also be considered.
Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be willing to travel extensively across the country.
Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
