Associate III Business Analysis

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with strong proficiency in SQL and BigQuery to join our Healthcare Analytics team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements analyze complex datasets and support project execution in an Agile environment.
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document requirements aligned with business goals.
  
• Develop comprehensive artifacts such as user stories functional requirement documents (FRDs) and acceptance criteria.
  
• Act as a proxy Product Owner within Agile teams to facilitate requirement discussions and sprint activities.
  
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure shared understanding and smooth project delivery.
  
• Use SQL and BigQuery to perform data extraction transformation validation and analysis.
  
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios validating results and coordinating user sign-off.
  
• Collaborate with QA Analysts to create test cases based on business requirements and ensure completeness of validation.
  
• Organize and facilitate UAT sessions and user training post-implementation.
  
• Maintain project documentation including status updates requirement traceability release notes and roadmaps.
  
• Ensure all deliverables reflect USTs core values: Humility Humanity and Integrity and adhere to compliance standards.
  

Requirements

• SQL Expertise Ability to write optimize and troubleshoot complex queries for validation and analytics.
  
• Google BigQuery Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis report generation and dashboard integration.
  
• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in data-driven environments.
  
• Deep understanding of healthcare data systems especially claims provider and member data.
  
• Proficiency in preparing high-quality documentation: FRDs user stories acceptance criteria and release notes.
  
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to function as a liaison across business and technical teams.
  

• Exposure to data migration or data transformation projects.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Experience coordinating UAT and conducting user training sessions.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel (Advanced) PowerPoint and Visio.
  
• Good to Have Skills:
  
• Exposure to Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
  
• Experience working with source-to-target mappings and data lineage documentation.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects in the healthcare industry.
