Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled VMC Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in operating and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and a deep understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor VMC machines for precision machining operations.
- Read and interpret CNC programs and engineering drawings.
- Set tools fixtures and work pieces as per requirements.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Follow safety and quality standards in all operations.
Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- 0-2 years of experience operating VMC machines.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas).
- Ability to make offsets and adjustments independently.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable work ethic.
