Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top-performing sales professionals. The role involves close collaboration with business leaders to understand hiring needs strengthen employer branding and ensure an efficient hiring process that meets business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales and business development roles (field sales inside sales account management channel sales etc.).
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and create hiring plans aligned with business goals.
- Source screen and evaluate candidates through multiple channels job portals LinkedIn headhunting referrals and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong sales talent pipeline for critical roles and future needs.
- Drive structured interview processes to ensure speed and quality in hiring.
- Collaborate with functional heads to define role requirements job descriptions and KPIs.
- Manage recruitment analytics and dashboards to track metrics such as time-to-hire cost-per-hire and offer acceptance rates.
- Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Work with external recruitment agencies and maintain relationships to ensure quality talent supply.
- Stay updated on market trends and compensation benchmarks in the sales domain.
