The Senior Software Developer will continue to assist in the implementation of several projects that require external expertise in Salesforce development.
Must haves:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Intermediate experience in coding
- 4-6 years experience working as a CRM administrator (e.g. Salesforce)
Responsibilities:
- The Sr. Software Developer will work directly with the program team specifically the existing Salesforce administrators. They will develop; problem solve and implement projects within the existing salesforce environment. The responsibilities are focused specifically on the deliverables mentioned above.
Desired Skills:
- Experience building Salesforce Community Sites
- Experience building Salesforce visual force pages
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines

Required Skills:
- Proven experience in the delivery and execution of projects/programs
- Deep knowledge of Customer Relationship Management platforms
- Intermediate level of coding experience required
Required Experience / Evaluation Criteria:
- Salesforce administrator certification.: 30 Points
- Intermediate experience in coding.: 30 Points
- 4-6 years experience support Salesforce administration.: 40 Points
Deliverables
Deliverables Include:
- Complete Salesforce community site development testing and deployment for two existing community sites.
- Intake forms development and implementation to replace all forms currently hosted by SurveyMonkey with innate Salesforce functionality.
- Intake forms review and problem-solving on forms currently built as VisualForce Pages.
- Develop and implement IEHP client intake form and self-assessment.
- Other Salesforce development projects as required.
