The Role

Provide professional customer support via phone and email
Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
Maintain up-to-date records in ERP and CRM systems
Assist with reporting product information and administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline service and improve efficiency

About You

Relevant experience in customer service order management or logistics coordination experience
Exposure to ERP or CRM systems
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication
A collaborative proactive attitude and the ability to work within set timeframes
