Regional Clinical Operations Partner (DVM) Tampa/Sarasota FL

Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent medical care and client communication
Support and mentor veterinary doctors including recent graduates
Collaborate on improvements to enhance workflow and patient experience
Assist with recruitment onboarding and team development
Maintain high standards of compliance and quality care
Qualifications:
DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent)
Active veterinary license in good standing (or eligibility in Florida)
Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Willingness to travel within the local region when needed
