Emerging // Basic understanding and minimal practical experience; requires guidance and supervision. 4 years of professional experience within a discipline including 1 year under the tutelage of a Project Manager I.
COMPLEXITY DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Financial Management //
a. Develop a working knowledge of weekly budget report in Vantagepoint.
b. Assist in the preparation of scope of work (SOW) and levels of effort (LOE) for proposals for authorizations.
c. Assist in the preparation of invoices and advise project managers of outstanding payments including coordination with accounting.
2. Corporate Compliance Risk Assessment //
a. Assist and familiar with the contract and subcontract review process through the Contracts Department and appropriate filing and adhere to jurisdictional requirements and company-established signature matrix protocol.
b. Follow company-established QA/QC process and project safety plans.
3. Communication Collaboration //
a. Communicate and collaborate within the department other disciplines and regions and corporate resources.
b. Ensure meeting minutes are logged and send to respective parties.
c. Assist with marketing requests including but not limited to requests for qualifications (RFQ) proposals resumes etc.
4. Client Internal Satisfaction //
a. Adhere to project schedules set by the client.
b. Attend meetings with supervisors and complete requests as assigned.
c. Be responsive and accessible and assist with addressing problems and concerns timely.
5. People Development //
a. Provide feedback on staff performance to management periodically including for annual evaluation.
b. Assist with recruiting project team members.
c. May give direction to support staff assigned to project(s) by supervisor and project manager(s).
6. Technical //
Work on projects that include the following scopes:
a. Drainage Area Maps
b. Roadway Design Alignments
c. Sanitary Sewer Design Force Mains
d. Waterline Design
e. Traffic Control
f. Project Manual Construction Contract & Specs
g. Permits & Regulatory
h. Cut-fill Volumes
i. Calculating Quantities
j. ADA Regulation
Utilize the following software applications to complete project work:

PHYSICAL/COGNITIVE REQUIREMENTS ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS
Most work is performed in a professional office environment. Some trips to client offices and outdoor environments for observations will be required.
