Job Summary
Responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of projects to support the organizations strategic objectives. Ensures projects are delivered on time within scope and budget and aligned with organizational priorities. Provides leadership to project teams facilitates collaboration and drives successful project outcomes.Qualifications
Education
Bachelors Degree required in Project Management Business Administration Healthcare Administration or related field of study required
Masters Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
Experience
8 years of project management experience required
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role required
2-3 years of experience within a healthcare or hospital environment preferred
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Strong leadership and team management skills to guide and support project teams.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools software and Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and ensure project success.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to address challenges and drive solutions.
Knowledge of project management methodologies best practices and healthcare industry standards.
