JOB SUMMARY:
The Clerk III position is responsible for assisting with the implementation and support of in-house and vendor supported applications. Tasks include testing troubleshooting documenting and providing on-site support for our business partners.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Run analyze and document software tests on new and existing software applications for the purpose of correcting errors and validating functionality within an application.
- Partner with other technical staff to assist in resolving problems with in-house or vendor supported software applications. Provide day-to-day support across multiple areas across our resort.
- Provide day-to-day configuration support for in-hose or vendor supported software applications.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and team member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree is preferred MIS Computer Science IT Business.
EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year of software applications experience.
- Working understanding of platforms such as Windows.
- Point-of-Sale systems experience GALAXY-POS preferred.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
