Shift Timing : 2nd shift 2 pm -10 pm

Flexible Schedule Hours will be mostly second shift. It is preferred that the candidate is flexible to work some 1st shift days. Position is WEEKENDS ONLY (flexible) Friday Sat Sun (12 hours) or Fri Sat Sun Monday etc. This is an up to 40 hour a week position.

Requirements

Requirements of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

MUST hold a current CPR Certification.

MUST hold active LPN license.

Responsibilities of the LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse

Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs

Perform assigned duties. Including administration of medication wound care treatments and procedures

Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to RN.
