Job Summary

At dentsu we are looking for a Client Service Director to join our team in Milan.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management and Relationship Building: Foster senior-level relationships promoting trust satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Coordinate and motivate the team encouraging growth cross-functional collaboration (creative media CXM) and an open teaming approach.
  • Business Growth: Identify and promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities offering integrated and high-value solutions.
  • Strategic Vision and Innovation: Translate strategies into concrete projects collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective and relevant solutions for clients.
  • Sustainability and Social Impact: Propose and develop projects that contribute to inclusivity responsibility and the common good aligned with Dentsu Creatives role as a Benefit Corporation in sinergy with DEI team.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure quality and precision in delivery with attention to detail and care in execution.
  • Ethics Diversity and Inclusion: Promote an open and inclusive environment valuing the perspectives of all talents.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets profitability and margins ensuring economic sustainability.
  • Network Representation: Embody the values of Dentsu Creative and the Dentsu Group acting as an internal and external ambassador

Requirements

  • Proven experience (8-10 years) in client management within integrated agency environments
  • Leadership of multidisciplinary teams and ability to orchestrate horizontal collaboration.
  • Strong orientation toward business development and client growth.
  • Sensitivity to sustainability inclusion and social responsibility topics.
  • Strategic vision combined with operational rigor and a results-driven mindset.
