Job Summary

Were seeking someone to join Payment Governance team as a Associate P3. Payment Governance is a team located in the Core Enterprise Services department in the
Shared Services & Banking Operations Division. The team is responsible for ensuring proper
controls and processes are in place for all payment related activities at Morgan Stanley.
Payment Governance is responsible for ownership including maintenance and Firmwide
adherence to the Global Funds Transfer Policy. The role the Payment Governance team
includes:
> Managing all known exceptions to the Global Funds Transfer Policy and support the
exceptions holders remediation strategy (where applicable).
> Delivering Policy awareness training
> Performing Policy compliance Testing
> Maintaining the Firmwide payment systems inventory
> Overseeing the Firmwide Payments RCSA (process to be defined)
> Overseeing the Firmwide Payment Risk Committee .

What youll do in the role:
-Execute complex processes and assist a Team Manager in coordinating processes risks and/or projects in a Team Lead capacity
-Recognize risk in day-to-day processes to draw out the key issues and leverage detailed knowledge to propose changes in process
-Train others allocate tasks and support with first line escalation where required
-Share expert knowledge across the team contribute to team output and development building relationships across the Firm What youll bring to the role:

>Extensive expertise in the relevant functional area as well as a thorough understanding of the operational and compliance policies and procedures followed by the team.
>Demonstrated capability to work independently on certain aspects of the role.
>Actively promotes and embodies the Firms core values serving as a culture ambassador throughout Operations.
>Possesses a minimum of eight years relevant experience reflecting the skills and knowledge typically required for this position.
>Skilled in learning interpreting and applying governance policies and able to advise and support the team and business units in adopting best practices.
