At our dual-brand hotel Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel two premium brands come together to form one employer! Youre currently studying business finance or hospitality and want to gain hands-on experience in accounting Then support our Finance Team as a Working Student in Accounts Payable (m/f/d). Two brands endless possibilities!
Yourkey responsibilities include:
- Assisting with reviewing and posting incoming invoices
- Supporting the preparation of payment runs
- Maintaining vendor master data and helping reconcile accounts
- Communicating with internal departments to resolve open items
- Contributing to month-end closings and internal audits
- Gaining insight into the processes of an international hotel company
Be able.
- Youre enrolled in a university program in business administration finance hospitality or a related field
- Youre interested in accounting and want to gain practical experience
- You work in a structured detail-oriented and independent manner
- Youre confident using MS Office especially Excel
- You communicate well in both German and English
- Youre excited to be part of an international team
