Job Summary
Role
Are you an analytically strong professional with experience in software development and customer-facing projects We are looking for a Medior Business Analyst responsible for designing software solutions for both field equipment and software-only projects. You will play a key role in translating customer needs into technical designs and ensuring alignment with internal teams and external clients.
You will be part of the Software Project Team reporting to the Software Project Manager.
Your Responsibilities:
Deliver a coherent software design based on the project scope and bill of material.
Align design deliverables with customers both remotely and on-site.
Ensure the design remains within the defined project boundaries.
Conduct internal reviews of software deliveries.
Report to the project manager on design progress and any scope deviations.
Work closely with the customers project team to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Present and explain the software designs to customers for validation.
Integrate the bill of material into the software design.
Design and document clear API specifications to support software developers.
Incorporate customer feedback into the design and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Profile
You obtained a Masters degree in ICT or Computer Science.
You gained experience as a software developer or analyst in projects involving external customers.
You communicate fluently in English and Dutch (verbal and written).
You have knowledge of high-level system architecture and communication protocol standards.
You have experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation).
You can translate customer requirements into a comprehensive software design.
You understand and integrate OCR & OFR features within the project scope.
You can define IT requirements that meet both functional and non-functional project needs.
